Can I exchange my store purchase from another store?

For PetSmart store purchases:

  • We accept exchange or return within 7 days from the date of purchase.
  • Original invoice/receipt has to be presented for the exchange/return.
  • The original product has to be in resalable condition with the original product packaging attached with its original price tags and labels.
  • Product(s) can be exchanged at any PetSmart retail store subject to the availability of stocks. 
  • Marked-Down Sales Products and Frozen Food are not eligible for Return & Exchange. 

  • For products that were purchased for more than 7 days, you can contact us for further assistance.

For Home Delivery orders: 

If you have received any of the delivered items under the following conditions, kindly contact us for further assistance.

  • Defective items (e.g. damaged, faulty, size or colors different)
  • Wrong items

  • PetSmart reserves the right to collect, and the Customer shall be obliged to return, a Product that was not part of the Customer's order which is delivered to the Customer by mistake.
  • PetSmart shall not be further liable for any damage loss or inconvenience of any form suffered whatsoever arising from any discrepancy.
  • For “Marked-Down Sales Products” are not eligible for Return & Exchange.
