I did not receive OTP. What should I do?

Please note that for registering of Treats Loyalty Card, our system will only accept local phone number (+65). 

A common cause for not receiving the OTP is some form of SMS blocker on your device/handset. Try inserting your SIM card into another handset.

If you still don't receive the OTP on the different handset., you may contact us for further assistance.
