I did not receive OTP to activate Treats Loyalty Card

Please note that for registering of Treats Loyalty Card, our system will only accept local phone number (+65). 

 

For card activation, please have your Treats Loyalty card and your mobile device ready.

Step 1: Activate your VIP card through our website.

Step 2: Follow the onscreen instructions, enter your 10 digits Registration Code and your Mobile No.

Step 3: Enter the One-Time Pin (OTP) sent to your mobile phone via SMS.

Step 4: Complete the Treats Loyalty card activation by filling in your personal particulars and click “submit”.
