Do note that having a Treats Loyalty account is different from having a web account. You do not need to log in to an account to check, redeem or renew your Treats Loyalty. You can do so at the Treats Loyalty section, found at the top section of our site (reference below).
Step 1: Register web/online order account
You'd have to click onto register to create a web/online account.
Step 2: Link Treats Loyalty card
Click onto 'Yes' below and enter the 10 digit registration code, an OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number.
Step 3: Activate your account
After you have successfully registered for the web/online order account, you can refer to your email inbox. An activation email will be sent. Click onto "Activate your account"
Step 4: Log in to web order account
If you are unable to log in to your web/online order account, please click on the 'Forget your password?' link and enter your email address. An email will be sent to you for the reset of your password.
