Cessation of Identification Card acceptance for Treats Loyalty
In compliance with the Advisory Guidelines on the Personal Data Protection Act for NRIC and other National Identification Numbers, PetSmart will cease the collection and use of Identification Card bearing NRIC, FIN or Passport number for Treats Loyalty verification from 1st July 2019.
While membership privileges are exclusive to VIP members and are non-transferrable, VIP members have to present their physical & active VIP Card OR Digital VIP Card (VIP Concierge App) to enjoy the Treats Loyalty discount and loyalty points accumulation.
