For New Membership sign up/Renewal through the VIP Concierge App.
1. Click onto VIP Concierge App.
2. Click onto the hamburger icon on the top left corner of your home page.
3. Click onto 'Sign Up/Renew Treats Loyalty' under the dropdown list.
For New Membership sign up
1. Enter your mobile number and click "Next". You will receive an OTP SMS sent to your registered mobile number.
2. After the verification has been completed, you will be directed to the payment page. Enter your debit/credit card number.
3. You will receive an email with the Treats Loyalty card number and the 10 digit registration code.
4. If you would like to place an order online, you may also register for a web account.
For Membership renewal
1. Enter your 10 digit registration code and click "submit"
2. You will receive an OTP SMS sent to your registered mobile number
3. After the verification has been completed, you will be directed to the payment page. Enter your debit/credit card number.
4. You will receive a confirmation email for your renewal.
Membership Fee
Sign up online to enjoy 1-Year Membership Benefits at only $7. No physical cards will be issued for online sign-ups.
Physical cards will only be issued for in-store sign-ups at any PetSmart or The Pet Safari stores. A $1 surcharge will be applied to the membership fee for the issuance of the physical card in-store.
