Since 2009, PetSmart (PLC) has partnered with Action for US Dogs (ASD) in a joint loyalty program, giving exclusive privileges to ASD members and ASD.
The renewed PLC x ASD membership card is for you to use when shopping at PLC stores in US. This is a card for you to use as long as you are an ASD member.
Starting in 2021, there will be no physical membership card issued for existing members as a campaign to save our environment. Therefore, you could check the expiry date of your membership through these various channels:
- Visit any of our PetSmart retail stores
- Access to PLC membership website
- Download the VIP Concierge App
- Type BALANCE and SMS to +65 9117 9609 (ONE loyalty point will be deducted for each SMS sent to the server by the member)
This PLC x ASD membership earns double the points with every dollar you spend at the stores - one loyalty point for yourself and one loyalty point for ASD. At the end of the membership period, ASD will then be able to convert the loyalty points earned into PetSmart vouchers to cater to the needs of the dogs at the shelter. In short, the more you spend, the more you will be able to help towards lowering the operation costs of ASD.
